Shipping Policy – NUTROSTAR
We dislike shipping costs as much as you so we do our best to minimise them when we can!
We ship to the following countries:
CBD products can not be shipped to Australia, Canada, Germany.
All orders are assigned a tracking number which is emailed to you once your order is dispatched (also available in your NUTROSTAR account page so you can track your order at any time).
We offer FREE Shipping for orders over $500
When spending under $500, shipping will be calculated at check out.
Packaging & Dispatching
We always work towards dispatching orders within 2-4 business days. From the time of dispatch, we expect delivery timeframes 5-10 days.
Please note we cannot always guarantee delivery times as we work within the constraints of our 3rd party couriers. We do our absolute best to keep you informed and provide you with tracking so you can monitor delivery progress.
On some occasions we’ll split your order into multiple parcels to ensure some items can be delivered to you faster. Should your order arrive, and something is missing, rest assured it is probably on its way separately. Should you wish to clarify that with our Customer Service team you can simply send them an email with your order number and the item(s) details that are missing. The best email to use is: email@example.com .
Due to Covid-19 and the delays in shipping overseas, we only process large bulk orders for international customers, please do not hesitate to reach out to our customer service team and we might be able to assist! The best email to use is : firstname.lastname@example.org .
We rely on and trust the good people at UPS, FEDEX, Australia Post, DHL or other partners to safely and promptly deliver your goods.
Please note the following:
- Unless 'authority to leave' is given at the time of order, a signature is required on delivery.
- If the parcel requires a signature on delivery, and there is no one to sign for the parcel at your delivery address, your parcel will be transferred to your local post office. A card will be left by the courier and you will receive a notification via email from AusPost when your order is ready to be picked up.
- If you do not pick up your parcel from your local post office within 10 working days of receiving an email, it will be returned to our warehouse. NUTROSTAR reserve the right to charge an additional AU $20 to redeliver your parcel. We do not offer refunds for any order if you opt not to pay the additional fee to have your parcel redelivered.
- It is your responsibility to provide a correct postal address. If you provide an incorrect postal address, or if you misspell or omit details of your address, Australia Post will return your order to our warehouse. NUTROSTAR reserves the right to charge an additional AU $20 to redeliver your parcel to a correct address. We do not offer refunds for any order if you opt not to pay the additional fee and have your parcel redelivered.
Authority to Leave Terms & Conditions
By opting for "Authority to Leave" NUTROSTAR will instruct the associated courier service to leave your parcel at your unattended premises as per your instructions.
You agree that the parcel is deemed received when left at your premises and NUTROSTAR (UPS, FEDEX, Australia Post, DHL or other partners) do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage which may result after. You agree to release NUTROSTAR against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, and expenses, including consequential losses, suffered or incurred by you or any other person as a result of this Authority to Leave.

Selection and completion of required forms for any given shipment is the sole responsibility of the shipper. All shipments are subject to the Nutrostar Shipping Policy in effect at the time of shipping from the country of origin.
Nutrostar is utilizing information provided on the partner carrier website and is not responsible for the interpretations of regulations by variable customs agents. It may be advisable to conduct trial shipments to a small number of customers before committing large marketing campaigns to international countries.
